It's a four-inch-long Volkswagen Transporter Type 2 ambulance done in O Gauge scale. The top of the body lifts off to reveal its driver and passenger, highly detailed interior, seats, steering wheel, medical cabinets, and stretcher. Printed on the box is 766 02 40 Feuerwehr-Krankenwagen VW Kombi 1:40 (That's German for Fire-brigade ambulance).
